Meet the Owner
Terrica Pugh
(CEO)
Terrica Pugh is a dedicated early childhood professional with 17 years of experience and a heart for children and families. A proud mom of two sons, Terrica is currently earning her AA in Early Childhood Education to deepen her expertise. She began Teeny Tots in 2017 as an in-home program built on warm relationships, safety, and play based learning, and expanded to a full childcare center in 2019 to serve more families. Terrica loves watching children grow confident and curious and can’t imagine doing anything else with greater purpose and passion. She is committed to creating a positive, nurturing environment where every child is seen, supported, and celebrated.
